PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2. Payment can be made by local bank transfer to the POSB saving account#150-25320-9.
3. No credit cards / COD transactions are available.
DELIVERY MODE
1. Local orders are shipped by Singpost via normal or registered mail.
2. For available stock, upon payment received , we required 2 working days to process and mail out.
3. For out of stock items, pls email us your required qty and we'll update on stock availability.
4. Local registered mail costs $3.00 – please indicate if you require this in your order, otherwise we will proceed with normal postage ( free).
5. For bulk / large orders, personal delivery services are available with a delivery fee per location.
( For East/ NE Area - $4 charge; North/ South & West area -$6 charge)
6. For items that we do not receive payment within 1wk from booking date, we will release to the next customer.
7. For $100 & above orders, free delivery services applied.
EXCHANGES & REFUND
1. We are not held responsible for any damage caused by handling at the post office.
2. Loss of packages is not common but customers are advised to opt for registered postage to track their packages. At the moment, we do not offer insurance on packages mailed.
3. We do not accept exchanges or do refunds once the item has been mailed. In the rare case where a refund is absolutely necessary, store credit will be issued to the customer.
BULK PURCHASES/ WHOLESALES PURCHASE
If you are interested with our products and would like to entrepreneur your own business, we welcome wholesales purchases with MOQ 20pcs per item. Free delivery services applied for $100 & above.
